The quote names the songs, sessions, people, deliverables, revisions, schedule, payment terms, and exclusions.
No date or room is held until availability and the written scope are confirmed. Rentals, outside personnel, travel, and approved changes are listed separately when they apply.

Share the songs, session type, preferred date and time, estimated hours, lineup, and support needed. A request does not hold a room; the date is confirmed in writing after scope, availability, and payment terms are approved.
